More Activity Information

Most activities take place at the Woodland Community Center, 782 Park St.

 

There is no membership, most activities are “FREE" and you can attend at any time.

 

Some classes or events may have a small fee for supplies and you may need to sign up for those. Look for notations on the activities calendar.

 

Any adult that brings a Senior is welcome to attend activities with them regardless of their age.

 

Our activities calendar is available at the Woodland Library lobby, our Facebook Group & Page, this website or can be emailed or mailed to you monthly.

 

Simply call or email us your contact information and your preferred method of delivery.

Bunco, Cribbage and Fun & Games

Enjoy socializing while having fun playing card and board games at Fun & Games or join us for one of our fun filled Bunco nights or cribbage tournaments!

Walking Groups

Meet seniors for a walk around a 1⁄3 mile paved path. Designed for different paces of walking and mobility levels. Meet at Horseshoe Lake Park by the boat launch, weather permitting.

Widows & Widowers Support Circle

Join other widows and widowers who support each other through all stages of the loss of a spouse or partner. Open to widows and widowers of any age!

Programs

Woodland Senior Enrichment Group is dedicated to helping Seniors, not only through activities and classes but we offer assistance with medical equipment and supplies and resource information as well.

Medical Equipment Closet

We collect gently used Medical Equipment and incontinence products to pass on to Seniors in need at no cost. If you have items to donate or are a senior in need contact us.

Help Desk

Our “Help Desk” has resource information to help seniors on a variety of topics such as: Food Banks & Meal Program Locations, Transportation, Utilities & Housing Assistance, Applying for Medicare & Medicaid, In Home Care, Care Facilities & Hospice, Alzheimers & Dementia and much more!

Contact us with your request for medical equipment, to donate supplies or reach the "Help Desk" by submitting the form.
