Product Description - Please describe the type of items/food items you plan to showcase.

All food vendors are required to have liability insurance, have all required county health permits, and follow all fire code requirements. We require a Certificate of Insurance with Woodland Senior Enrichment Group named as an additional insured.

Booth setup requirements: Tents/canopies are not required but are recommended. Booth spaces are 12x12. You are responsible to provide your own canopies, tents, and chairs. Your tent/canopy and all poles need to be weighted in some way (it can get windy in Woodland), at least 25# per pole.

Vendor etiquette: Vendors shall interact with the public and fellow Vendors in a courteous and appropriate manner. Hate language and/or symbols or insignia in verbal or written form are not permitted. Open-Carry firearms are not permitted by Vendors, Volunteers, or Staff, anywhere within the private permitted area of the event.
